2. Our Services
Rangers Immigration provides regulated Canadian immigration consulting through Navjeet Kaur, RCIC R707236, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Services include Express Entry, spousal sponsorship, Alberta PNP, work permits, and related applications.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration decisions are made solely by IRCC and other government authorities. Rangers Immigration cannot guarantee approval of any application. We provide professional guidance and thorough preparation — final decisions rest entirely with the relevant government authority.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Providing false information to IRCC is a serious offence under Canadian law. Rangers Immigration is not liable for delays or refusals resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
5. Fees and Payment
Our professional fees are set out in your service agreement. Government filing fees are separate and payable directly to the relevant authority. Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. A written service agreement will be provided before work begins.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with CICC’s Code of Professional Ethics. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to process your application or as required by law.
